Gary Shteyngart on Need to Know – August 20, 2010

Here at EBFTV, we continue to look for new programs to cover with these blog posts. This week I turned up a new one, the PBS program Need to Know. As of this week, it has been added to our regular routine to look for author appearances and future episodes will be covered.

On the August 20th episode, one segment featured teacher and novelist Gary Shteyngart. His writing has been featured in The New Yorker, The New York Times, Slate and many other publications. His newest novel is a satirical look at a dystopic near-future and a sharp commentary on life in the information age.
